Papers presenting original work in the technical areas covered by the conference are invited for submission. Papers should be in the form of an electronic file in PDF format. Full papers should have a length of no more than 3 pages by following the ICOCN'2021 full-paper template.
All contributed papers will be peer reviewed and rated by the technical program committee. Accepted papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore and published online in the proceeding of ICOCN 2021.
