Registration Fee for ICOCN 2021

Regular Registration Includes:

    1. Admission to all conference sessions, plenaries, poster sessions and exhibition.
    2. Welcome reception, award banquet, lunches, coffee breaks.
    3. Conference program book, technical digest on flash disk, and conference bag.
    4. One paper or talk.

Extra Purchase (Optional):

1. Extra Publishing Fee RMB 1,000 for each paper/talk (Extra Publishing Fee should be paid if publishing more than one paper/talk).*
2. Award Banquet Ticket RMB 500 per ticket.
3. Lunch Ticket or Dinner Ticket RMB150 per ticket.
4.Conference Materials RMB 300 per set.
* One author can only register two extra papers/talks, i.e. totally three papers/talks can be registered by one author.

Special Reminder:
1. Full-time students (graduate and undergraduate) are required to present valid student identification when they pick up their registration materials. Post-docs are not included.

2. All invited speakers need to register and pay the registration fee.
3. Authors competing for any of the three awards must register and attend the conference as the first and presenting author of their papers.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Notification of cancellation and request for refunds must be sent in writing to the ICOCN'2021 Conference Secretariat (icocn@cjlu.edu.cn).
The following cancellation and refund policies will apply:
Before 23:59 (GMT+8), July 23, 2021, 80% of registration fee will be refunded.
Before 23:59 (GMT+8), August. 8, 2021, 50% of registration fee will be refunded.
After 00:00 (GMT+8), August. 8, 2021, no fees will be refunded.

ICOCN2021 会议注册费信息

代表注册费包括：
1、大会报告、分会报告、张贴报告和展区入场；
2、欢迎晚餐、颁奖晚宴、午餐、会议期间茶歇；
3、会议程序册、会议资料U盘、资料袋；
4、一篇论文或报告。

额外购买（自选）：
1、出版费（发表多于一篇论文/报告）1,000元/篇* ；
2、颁奖晚宴门票500元一张；
  3、自助午餐或者晚餐券150元一张；
4、会议资料300元一份。
  * 同一作者最多可注册三篇论文或报告。

注意事项：
  1、学生代表指本科生及在读硕士/博士研究生，在领取会议资料时需要出示学生证，博士后不能以学生身份注册。
  2、由于会议预算有限，邀请报告人也需要注册并交注册费。
  3、报名竞选三大论文奖的代表，需本人为第一作者，付费注册并亲自进行报告。

注册费发票为电子发票，在您缴费后我们会及时发送到您的注册邮箱。

注：杭州光络科技有限公司是会议承办者之一，处理会议注册费等相关财务事宜。
